First started using this for everyday stress/anxiety relief, but noticed little to no difference. But during particularly high stress times (ie. hormone shifts, or less sleep) a single dose seems to help calm me enough to be able to deal appropriately with life. I just try to take at strategic times (like when I have to take all 4 children to the grocery store). Or if I start to feel higher than normal frustration levels. This stuff is outstanding! I have always been a pretty anxious person who tends to stress over every little thing and I find that this product takes the edge off. I can easily spend weeks at a time stressing over a trivial thing and lose a substantial amount of sleep by tossing and turning the night away. I have also found that it extends into the day and I don’t get as stressed with normal daily activities which having a preschooler and toddler can be a bit unnerving some days.
