This is the third package of 4 bottles I have purchased from Maxx Herb. The buy 3 get 1 free is a very economical way to purchase. I have been using liquid Valerian Root subliminally for years as a sleep aid. Until I discovered this wonderful product (Grown and processed in CA) I was using a brand processed in China. The Chinese brand was difficult. It smelled awful and actually was pungent. I had to store it in plastic bags to seal in the smell. The taste was also bitter and difficult to swallow. The Maxx Herb Valerian Root has a pleasant odor and is not pungent in the least. The taste is very good and not at all bitter. The Maxx Herb brand also comes in a bottle 2 times the size of the Chinese brand I was purchasing. I am very pleased with this product as well as being able to purchase from a US company. I am one very satisfied customer.

This is a quality liquid valarian extract, I have made herbal tinctures from medicinal plants that I have grown and so I can appreciate the work and care required to make a high quality herbal extract.
Valarian has been used for centuries if recorded history as a sleep aid. Be sure to consult your doctor if you are on any medication or have a medical condition that may be incompatible with any herbal supplement.
Maxx Herb brand provides a 4 ounce extract while other brands typically provides 1 or 2 ounce bottles. So you are getting quantity as well as quality.

I got this product because my sleep is very interrupted each night. I’ve tried many things to help and this was my latest attempt. Instead of waking up after 2 hours, I find that I often sleep 5 hours before waking the first time. This quite an improvement. I needed to take 3 droppers in a little water a couple of hours before bedtime to get this result. I have been able to phase out the THC without a change in the 5 hours. Also, I can go back to sleep after I get up for a bathroom break so I’m getting 6-7 hours of sleep a night with only the one interruption. This makes me very happy and I’m getting a lot more done during the day. I hope it continues. Sometimes, products have stopped after a time. We’ll see! Thanks for a great product!

Maxx Herbs Valerian Root is GREAT! I have the hardest time winding down and falling asleep at the end of my day and I take 2 droppers along with passionflower from Maxx Herb. That combo is EFFECTIVE ! What I like the most about it is, is that it’s natural, non habit forming and I don’t wake up groggy at all! My teenager takes it too when he’s anxious as it creates a calming effect when he’s stressed from school. Highly recommend for calming and sleepy nights!
